With over 15 years of experience as a Social Worker, my career has spanned a diverse range of roles, including work in non-profit organizations, hospital settings, and counseling.
This background has given me a strong foundation for providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy. I am committed to helping my clients work through challenges and move toward their personal goals using approaches tailored to each person’s unique needs.
My commitment to strengthening my therapeutic skills led me to pursue extensive training in TEAM-CBT, earning advanced certification, as well as completing a post-graduate counseling fellowship at Boise State University. Both experiences have enhanced my ability to provide effective, evidence-based therapeutic care.
